The Adams County Food Council is a group developed from the Healthy Eating Work Group of the Adams County Health & Wellness Coalition. We intend to raise awareness of food access & availability in Adams County to promote a healthier lifestyle and address food insecurity.

Vision: Healthy foods for a healthier community.

Mission: Increase access to and affordability of healthy foods in Adams County while promoting local foods and nutrition and food safety education for all people.

Goals: Promote nutrition education ~ Increase healthy food access and affordability ~ Reduce chronic disease
